VAN WAYLON is simply the best of Country and Rock Drawing from its Bakersfield Twang and Memphis Blues, and guitar rock. Much of their original music is unique to their roots and the covers are definite transformations to their original style. Covering 80’s,90s and 2000 pop rock is certainly never out of reach for this Party band. their forte is being everybody’s kind of band. The infusion of 70’s and 80’s guitar rock lives loud and the sunset trip is alive in this band. The foundation of classic rock runs deep seasoned with southern styles and sunset smiles. If you like Van Halen and Waylon this is your band!
Born of One-Nighters
Starting out, the idea of living the road band life was the last thing on our minds. After we did all the local gigs, we realized the only way for us to evolve as a band was to hit the road. Over the last 20 years, we logged thousands of gigs — with the occasional festival appearance — in cities across the country. Our time on the road proved crucial in shaping our sound.
Looking to the Future
We’re packing up the gear for an extended Southwestern U.S. tour in support of our new album. Our set list will prominently feature the new stuff but also dive into favorites from our previous releases. Check out our tour page for when we’ll be playing near you.
